| John B., I am very interested in the difference between 'Natural Medicine'and 'Conventional' medicine. Mainly how we take supplements and the effects and how we take medicines and the effects. Isn't there a whole different view on natural medicines and how to use them?
Thanks Pamela Mae |

| We are fortunate that God in His infinite wisdom and grace allows and provides many paths to healing of our temporary bodies (not so of our eternal souls).
The beauty of Mel's protocol is that it strikes a balance between tearing down and building up of the body. We see this same inherent wisdom in the cycles present in all of nature.

| Hiya Auntie M,
Welcome as always.
I have decided to respond to your response to John B's response to your question to him, not only for your benefit, but also for those who are new to our forum.
I have said many many times in the past that I believe the best way to approach taking MMS is once a day, right after dinner - EXCEPT during the reproduction cycle, when I have taken it twice. I have always believed based on the studies done with me by Dr. Zamboni that this is the only way to allow all the different ingredients to work properly.
I highly recommend that you consider taking MMS once a day except during the reproduction cycle (which by the way in my experience roughly shadowed lunar cycles). If you are following the schedule of my protocol, during that time I recommend you take the second dose at 3:00 pm so as not to interfere with your other meds.
The one observation that is common to all who are beating this the right way is that unfortunately, you have to get worse before you can get better.
God Bless you, mel |

| Thank you, John for responding. My instincts also told me it was possibly taking MMS too close together. I've cut back to 2 times a day. Will try to increase to 3. Getting ALL the pills in me and spacing them so they don't conflict is an art. I'm still really new at this. Besides Mel's protocol, my naturopath has me on uva ursa (9 a day, which so far I'm only getting in 6, 3 at a time, because I need space between them and the extra lactobicillus she added) and the Essential Flora I'm taking 2 times a day. |

| Hi Auntie M,
I think separating your doses makes the most sense. It has been stated that MMS does not affect beneficial flora, but if you have been on our Essential Flora (which is a high potency formula) for a while and still have low lactobacillus counts, something is taking them out.
Jim Humble's new method of taking the MMS (less drops more often) may help the body's detox systems to keep up, but it may also be putting too much pressure on the beneficial flora populations.
Only time will tell. If the gut flora is being wiped out in those using the new approach, crashes will inevitably follow. |

10/16/2009 12:30:10 AM | I was unable to be on the conference call as I was at the doctor's. I posted the results my lab tests yesterday. They found I have no lactobicillus in me at all, even though I have been taking flora products for 2 months.
I am wondering if taking MMS so often during the day could be killing this friendly bacteria? I am also taking Molecula silver 2x a day. Otherwise, I am taking your Wellness protocol plus the Ubinol CoQ10, all of which has helped me regain my strength.
Due to worsened skin symptoms (huge breakout all over face, neck, groin with excrutiating itching, redness, stinging), I started Bactrim and Limbrel 2 days ago. I also started extra probiotics and uva ursi, as per my doctor. Not taking them together. She said to separate the doses.
I believe this newest outbreak is due to the fact that I visited a family member in the hospital 2 weeks ago. I believe I was exposed to something there.
Lastly, if anyone took notes on the conference call and would be willing to share them (maybe post a summary), I'd be grateful. |
