If you will go to my site I have a little journal of what I did with the cream.
I used both.
It is very soothing,is formulated by someone who had morgellons. Specifically designed to heal and to help draw out of the skin toxins instead of cover them up and drive them deeper.
I like it. It is very powerful use gently.
