Welcome again.
As I mentioned yesterday, there are a couple of key factors in restoring one's health.
First and foremost, Do Not Panic. Panicking will only slow down the recovery period, as most people become more confused.
Be patient, for unfortunately the protocol can take up to eighteen months or longer depending on other personal health issues!
Next, you must read more and more; there are no short cuts to knowledge.
Lastly, each time you think of a new question for us, first
try using the search feature. Just type in the question.
Be brave and patient and you too shall see the light at the end of the tunnel, as have I and many others!
